Where: Lein Road Cemetery

Park behind East Seneca Firehall in parking lot, 100 Lein Rd., West Seneca
Project: Clean up Lein Rd. cemetery, including a new path and sign.  This cemetery was abandoned and has grave stones from the late 1800’s-early 1900’s.

What to bring: gardening tools (such as: work gloves, shovel, trowel, rake, hoe, wheel barrow, post hole digger)

&lt;p&gt;We will meet behind 'Market in the Square' in the Southgate Plaza back parking lot starting @ 10:00 a.m. and finish at West Seneca Town Hall.&amp;nbsp; Parade steps off @ 10:30 a.m.&amp;nbsp; We will participate in the ceremony that follows in front of the new &amp;quot;Walkway of Freedom&amp;quot;.&amp;nbsp; Pickup immediately following at the corner of Legion Dr and Union Rd.&lt;/p&gt;

It will run until approximately 1:30pm. I will be meeting up at the Berg Road Hall at 10:30 and heading up together. If you and any Scouts are interested, then you can meet at the hall with me or go directly to the building. 

The scenario is usually a large natural disaster and we play the part of victims. They will have about 150 people that will go through the different rooms and "rescue" us. Whoever does come, let them know not to wear "good" cloths. Sometimes they have someone that can bloody us up to make it more realistic. &lt;p&gt;A group of dedicated parents and scouters every year host a benefit for PFC David Meyers, USMC one of our past scouts. They are the group that built Meyer's Village in Scheolkopf.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;They are hold a fund raiser on 3/2 and need help from scouts to set up the hall on Thursday 3/1. Please concider volunteering for this worthwhile charity event. Contact Mr. McCormack if interested - we need 10 scouts.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It's BIG...&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; it's WILD...&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; it's the National Jamboree 2013 at the NEW Summit Bechtel Reserve.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;GNFC is sending a contingent to the Jamboree in 2013 and Troop 483 has been invited to participate.&amp;nbsp; To learn more, we've coordinated this information session with the organization commitee.&amp;nbsp; They'll have a short presentation on the Jamboree, tell you about the planned activities,&amp;nbsp;travel, who's eligible&amp;nbsp;and how much it will cost.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Scouts and their parents are strongly encouraged to attend together!!!&lt;/p&gt;
